Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request an estimate, call, text or email us, we may collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your property address or town
• Details about your project, your preferred timeline, contact method and language
• Photos you choose to upload of your property
• Your text messaging preferences and consent, if you opt in

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to keep the Site secure and working properly.

We remember your language choice in your browser’s local storage so the Site opens in your language next time. We do not use advertising cookies. The embedded Google Map on the Site is provided by Google and may set its own cookies according to Google’s privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your requests and schedule on-site estimates
• Prepare quotes, perform and manage the work you hire us for
• Communicate with you by phone, text or email about your project
• Send text messages about your estimate, appointments and service, and occasional offers and seasonal reminders, only for the kind of messages you opted in to
• Improve our Site and services, and keep them secure
• Comply with legal obligations

Text messages

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messages are optional. Our estimate form offers two separate checkboxes, neither checked in advance: one for messages about your estimate, appointments and service updates (including a request to review our work), and one for occasional offers and seasonal reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. After you reply STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

When you opt in, we keep a record of your consent: which box you checked, the exact wording you saw, the language of the page, and the date and time.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business, for example with service providers that host our Site, deliver our email (Resend), check our forms for spam (Cloudflare Turnstile) or help us manage customer communications, who may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business. These categories do not include text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which is never shared with third parties.

How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your request, complete and support your project, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. We then delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by using the contact details below. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law, including the New Jersey Data Privacy Act where it applies.

Children’s privacy

Our Site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Third-party links

Our Site links to third-party services such as Google and Instagram. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
